All items are subject to availability. Because many of our products are handmade, natural, or one-of-a-kind (including plants and handcrafted goods), variations in color, size, and appearance may occur. We do our best to display items as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen's display will perfectly reflect the product.

3. Plant Disclaimer

Live plants are living organisms and require proper care. Once a plant leaves our care, we are not responsible for damage due to:
• Improper watering, lighting, or environment
• Neglect or mishandling
• Conditions after pickup

We encourage customer to research plant care or reach out for guidance before purchasing.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Product availability
• Errors in pricing or descriptions
• Suspected fraudulent activity

5. Shipping & Delivery

At this time, shipping is only available for non-plant items. Live plants are not shipped and must be picked up locally.

Processing times vary depending on the item, especially for handmade products. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Damage caused during Transit (though please contact us -- we'll do our best to help!)

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. We may offer replacements or store credit in cases of:
• Incorrect items received
• Significant damage upon arrival (must be reported within 48-72 hours with photos)

Live plants and custom/handmade items are generally non-returnable.

7. Handmade & Metaphysical Items Disclaimer

Some items sold may be handcrafted, spiritual, or metaphysical in nature (e.g. candles, herbs, spell items, etc.). These products are intended for personal enjoyment and spiritual use only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
